In these strange and unprecedented times, it’s easy to tell ourselves that some things are more important than being eco-friendly. In this blog post, I’ll be reviewing bamboo pocket tissues from The Cheeky Panda*, a company dedicated to making this planet a greener place.

My skincare regime has always been on the cheap and cheerful side. I have combination skin so I moisturise every morning and night and deal with blotting my oily patches at intervals throughout the day. I always grab my skincare products from the supermarket because I go through so much – I want it to be as easy and as cost-effective as possible. When I was asked to try out some Nakin skincare products for this review, I was looking forward to seeing the difference in my skin from my very basic routine.

The Christmas shopping is over for another year (if you haven’t finished… good luck on your last minute dash!). I thought I would share with you all my Christmas wish list so that you can treat yourself in the sales. You deserve it.
This festive season has been pretty crazy for me, and my purse strings have been even tighter than usual as a result. My wish list contains items priced between £6 to £120, so no matter what your budget, there will hopefully be something for you here.
Enough of the chit-chat. Let’s get down to business.

In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month I paired up with Crazy Color to make a statement with a temporary pastel pink dip-dye / ombré hairstyle. This is an incredibly bold hair colour choice for me and not one I would make without a little push. In this post I want to share my experience with the temporary Crazy Color pastel spray, and to show you how easy it is to use (so easy that I could do it!) Read more..
My haircare hero! JOICO Blonde Life review
One of my least favourite things about maintaining bright blonde hair is how damaging it can be. Unfortunately I have the perfect example of the devastating affects of bleach… In late October 2016 my mum had finished touching up my silver roots with bleach and asked me what I wanted her to do with the leftover product. I wasn’t concentrating and I asked her to “just slap it all over”… Read more..
A Watch for Every Season with Welly Merck
I’ve never really considered myself one for accessories; probably partly because that would be an extra thing to have to think about in the morning. I have a couple of minimalistic bracelets, a necklace and a pair of earrings which I wear everyday without fail, and I’ve never even thought of adding anything else… That is, up until a few weeks ago when I was first introduced to the Welly Merck brand and the watches they have to offer. Younique Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes+ Mascara
Particularly during party seasons, it’s so easy to spend an absolute fortune on false lashes, all in the hopes for longer, more voluminous eyelashes. Fibre (how us brits spell it – sorry Younique!) lash mascara appeals to me because it gives the impression of longer lashes, without having to apply false lashes with glue – which would be damaging for your lashes if used regularly. A friend of mine who works for Younique got in touch with me and kindly offered to send me the Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes+ mascara in exchange for a review. I was so excited to try this product out, and now I’m even more excited to share the results with you all. Read more..
My Kitchen Wishlist for Spring 2018
As spring begins to rear it’s wonderful head around this year it’s got me thinking about the choices I make in the kitchen. I’m starting to realise that working full time whilst juggling a social life and my blog / YouTube channel, I’ve become a little lazy when it comes to my food. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still cooking for myself and all that jazz, but I’ve just been thinking – there’s GOT to be an easier way to enjoy the foods I love without all that time and effort. I’ve taken to the internet and have started to lust for some amazingly convenient gadgets which could completely switch up my culinary game with just the click of a button (literally). I’ve decided to share my kitchen wishlist of 2018 with you all, just in case these gadgets appeal (get it…? peel…? HAHA) to you as much as they do me! Read more..
